A fashion model claimed her body is “too dangerous” for social media. She made the accusation after photos posted to her social media accounts were targeted by cancel culture.
Veronika Rajek is a renowned Instagram model who has worked with popular fashion brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Vera Wang, and Moschino. The fashion model from Slovakia declared her body was “too dangerous” for the internet in response to being targeted for cancellation by the outrage mob.
Why is she disliked? Rajek said her “naturally perfect” appearance attracts unwelcome attention from jealous trolls who body-shamed the model. “My body is considered a danger on social media, and I am constantly being canceled by trolls for doing absolutely nothing but sharing photos of my body,” she said.
Rajek also stated that she believes the attacks on her are unwarranted and unfair. “These days, you see a lot of overweight or even obese women online, talking about body positivity, but when a beautiful, tall woman wants to be positive in her own skin, people want to attack me and call me privileged,” she claimed.
All of her dedicated fans don’t seem to offset the vicious internet abuse she receives. “They are just jealous of my naturally fit body,” she said. “Some people are even reporting my Instagram account because they are offended by my slim look, and I’m losing out on money and work because of it.”
Veronika Rajek claimed she is promoting “body positivity” and doesn’t share “anything X-rated or controversial.” She just wants to “show off” her body because she is proud of how she looks. “I don’t understand why my version of body positivity is wrong,” she said. “I’m a model; aren’t models supposed to be sexy?”
The body positivity movement, which promotes inclusivity for all body shapes and sizes, attempts to improve everyone’s mental health, which can be harmed by negative body image. Rajek, on the other hand, thinks her physique is “too beautiful” and makes people feel intimidated, causing her to continuously prove her appearance is genuine.
Rajek previously underwent a breast exam to prove that her 36D cups are natural. The 6-foot-tall model got slammed by many social media users who said that those with a “perfect” body don’t need more representation.
“You are beautiful, not ‘perfect’ or ‘dangerous’, but beautiful. Your attitude, however, is awful,” one critic wrote.
“The real question is … is her heart and personality as beautiful as she appears? She certainly is not humble!” another remarked.
“She is close to perfect but it is the bragging and attention seeking which is always the problem,” someone else declared.
“It might have nothing to do with her physical looks. Maybe she turns many off by saying she has a perfect body. No matter how you look, arrogance shines through more. Nobody likes arrogance,” another critic posted.
Rajek hit back at her critics. “If you’re too beautiful, your body is seen as a threat to society,” the Slovakian beauty said. “In reality, I came from a poorer country and had to work hard to be where I am today.”
Veronika Rajek also claimed she is no stranger to being bullied. As a child, she was often called cruel names, like a “desk” and “giraffe,” because of her height and flat chest as a young girl. “I think that people want to punish me for my success, but everything about me is natural,” she said.
Rajek told reporters she has one industry goal she hasn’t accomplished that is on her bucket list. “My goal was always to be a Victoria’s Secret model because I am five-foot-eleven, I am 125 pounds and I work hard,” Rajek said. “My biggest dream now is to be on the cover of ‘Sports Illustrated.’”
