Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your full name and contact information.

  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country or region, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless we receive notice of a legal action by the original complaining party.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers.
